At Enimsay, our customers come first. We strive to provide an enjoyable Enimsay experience. Our Enimsay candles and soap are shipped through our local postal service. We strive to have your Enimsay product shipped within 5 to 7 business days. If you have any concerns upon receipt of your Enimsay purchase, please connect within 2 days at contact@enimsay.org.

At Enimsay, our customers come first. We hope that you enjoy your Enimsay experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your Enimsay purchase, you can exchange your Enimsay candle and soap within 7 days from the date of purchase or receive store credit.

Each Enimsay Pillar Candle is made from 100% palm wax and hand-poured in small batches by the founder. Each pillar candle is made to order so please allow 2 weeks from the date of order for your pillar candle to be ready.
