Shipping Policy

We believe that honesty is the best policy for today’s online shopping market. In that spirit, we strive to provide an enjoyable Enimsay experience.

 

Our Enimsay candles and soap are shipped through our local Canada Post postal service.​

 

We aim to have your Enimsay product shipped within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

At Enimsay, we offer a standard shipping rate of $15 Canada-wide. We currently do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned for regular updates.

Once your Enimsay purchase has been processed, you will receive an email notification that includes the tracking number and expected delivery date.​

Return & Exchange Policy

We believe that honesty is the best policy for today’s online shopping market. In that spirit, we strive to provide an enjoyable Enimsay experience.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Enimsay purchase, you can exchange your unused Enimsay candle and unused soap within 7 days from the date of purchase or receive store credit.

The customer will be required to absorb the shipping cost to return an unused candle and soap.

To return or exchange an Enimsay candle or soap, please email contact@enimsay.org. We will respond to your inquiry within 2 days.
